Truck and Bus Radial Remould TyresWarranty Eligibility This warranty applies to the distributors, dealers and owners of specified Vacu-Lug Radial Truck and Bus tyres (hereinafter called tyres or tyre) bearing Vacu-Lug or Duramold as the brand name which have been used under normal operations. What is Warranted and for How LongAgainst failures in materials and / or workmanship, Standard Warranty is provided for up to 36 months from the date of manufacture of the tyre. If an eligible tyre failed due to a fault in materials and or workmanship during the period, Vacu-Lug will replace the tyre, without cost, provided that the failed tyre has in excess of 3mm of the original tread depth remaining and has not been regrooved. Industrial and Earthmover Radial and Solid Remould TyresWarranty EligibilityThis warranty applies to the distributors, dealers and owners of specified Vacu-Lug Industrial and Earthmover Radial and Solid Remould Tyres (hereinafter called tyres or tyre) bearing Vacu-Lug or Duramold as the brand name which have been used under normal operations. What is Warranted and for How LongAgainst failures in materials and / or workmanship, Standard Warranty is provided for up to 36 months from the date of manufacture of the tyre. If an eligible tyre failed due to a fault in materials and or workmanship during the period, Vacu-Lug will allow a credit toward the purchase of a new Vacu-Lug tyre amounting to the value of the tread remaining, provided that the failed tyre has not less than 20% of the original tread depth remaining and has not been regrooved. The amount of the credit will be based on the current selling price of the tyre. |

What is Not Covered by the Warranty
A. Tyres which were submitted for claims more than 36 months after the date of manufacture.
B. Tyres which have not been sold by a Vacu-Lug distributor in the UK
C. Tyres damaged by road hazard injuries or damages caused by obstacles or debris, such as cutting/ chipping, punctures, (whether repairable or not), snags, bruises, tears, or impact breaks.
D. Tyres damaged by accident, corrosion, vandalism, fire or nature.
E. Tyres damaged by improper mounting/dismounting procedures, improper inflation or other maintenance abuses.
F. Tyres damaged by continued operation while flat or severely under inflated.
G. Tyres damaged by improper application of tyre size and or specification.
H. Tyres damaged by use of sealants and fillers which have not been provided by Vacu-Lug.
Limitations and Exclusions
All obligations or liabilities for incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.
Owners Obligations
The owner must present the claim tyre to an authorised Vacu-Lug dealer to be returned to Vacu-Lug for inspection and verification by the warranty claim inspector.
